Visit to Unity Primary School

The Helping Hand Amplified Team visited the foundation phase scholars at Unity Primary school. A
special early morning assembly was organised and the excitement was palpable. A handwriting
exercise program was given to the scholars covering aspects such as, warm up exercises, crossing the
midline and alphabetically gross motor exercises and hand strengthening exercises with pegs and
elastics. The scholars completed a handwriting task in their respective classes and were rewarded
for their effort with a special gift pack sponsored by Gift of the Givers.
Thank you to Unity Primary School Principle, Teachers, Gift of the Givers and THHAT members for
collaborating and making the day so special for 400 children.
