MANAGE YOUR TIME EFFICIENTLY
The efficient management of time is an important task that any learner must master. You should draw up a realistic time schedule or work program that will help you to take more responsibility for your studies. In order to do this, it is essential that you analyse all your individual obligations and responsibilities and determines how much time each requires. Time scheduling includes planning (for example 2 hours every evening for study) and regulation activities (for example if 2 hours is not possible reduce it or if necessary increase it). By making the required adjustments, you will be able to make the most of your time. Set aside enough time for studying by blocking out the times you intend to study on your calendar. Different subjects or activities related to studying can be indicated by different colours of time blocks. A good time schedule or work program should be flexible enough to allow for adjustment if it proves to be necessary. If you find that you are too busy, list your responsibilities. Then take a look at your list and get rid of commitments that are less important. From time to time review your list again and keep prioritising your responsibilities. As a result, you will have more time to study and pursue other interests.
