NUTRITION AFFECTS YOUR BRAIN
Eating a healthy, balanced diet will help to keep your memory, concentration and focus as sharp as can be. Food can be used to help keep your brain in good shape and increase brain function. Omega-3s play a major role in sharpening memory and improving mood. Oily fish like salmon, tuna and sardines are good sources of omega-3 fatty acids and is, therefore, an excellent choice for brain health. You can also get omega-3s from soybeans, nuts and flaxseed.
The brain works very hard and requires a constant supply of fuel. That “fuel” comes from the foods you eat.
